Jake is my first dog (on my own). He will always hold a special place in my heart and I sincerely thank him for being such a wonderful friend and companion. Always the calm, unwavering Labrador. His intelligence and gentle thoughtfulness has made him the perfect pet. He has a certain "way" with other dogs that commands respect, while letting dogs be at ease around him. After meeting literally hundreds of dogs in his years, he has not once been in a fight, but could never be labeled a "submissive" dog. He just has that cool vibe about him! Jake has successfully raised multiple dogs and taught Riker the ways of being the next 'man of the house'. Thanks old man!! |
