"Fresca"

Fresca was my pick puppy from our first litter out of Sprite and by Post. Fresca is quite opinionated and not quite as willing to please as her sweetheart sister, Terra. She is my constant shadow and sleeps at the end of the bed every night. Fresca is a thick girl with nice bone and substance. A very athletic and muscular swissy bitch, always ready for adventure. She has a medium length coat with dark grey undercoat and rich rust with clear markings. She has a beautifully strong headpeice and medium brown eyes. Her thick, strong neck tapers nicely into her very muscular shoulders. Her loins are thick and broad and she has a thick hindquarter. I would prefer a touch more angle to her rear, but she is certainly sturdy. Her long, powerful stride is what caught my eye as a little puppy and it seems to be sticking around! Her temperament is playful and can be somewhat reserved with strangers, but quickly warms up to friendliness. She possesses a strong prey drive, but is good with cats... not so much with birds! She has taken very well to drafting and agility work and loves hiking and wading in creeks. Fresca is learning to enjoy conformation showing and earned her majors in one weekend. I am very proud of this girl from my first litter... **Update-- Fresca becomes a new champion at 21 months old, always owner handled!
